I use photography to reveal relationships that become visible only through the image.
Photography has never been, for me, a way of documenting reality. From the beginning, I have been interested in the reality that photography itself can reveal: one shaped by perception, memory and imagination rather than by description.
My early work explored the subtle energies circulating between people. Everyday life became a stage where gestures, relationships and small coincidences suggested stories extending beyond the visible moment. Rather than documenting events, I sought to evoke the invisible space surrounding them.
Since 2022 my research has gradually expanded beyond human relationships towards the elemental forces that connect all living matter. This ongoing exploration has taken form in the Primordial Trilogy, where water, stone, plants, light and human traces are approached as different manifestations of the same continuous process of transformation.
I am less interested in nature as landscape than as a living body whose visible surface conceals deeper structures. Photography allows me to approach those hidden relationships—not to explain them, but to make them perceptible. My images do not illustrate ideas; they invite viewers to enter a space where matter appears alive, time becomes layered, and transformation is experienced rather than described.
Whether working with documentary observation, visual montage or experimental processes, my intention remains the same: to create images that do not provide answers but open a quiet dialogue between perception and imagination.
