Printed in limited editions, from 1200 mm. in the largest side (1-100 ed.) to 1800 mm. (1-10 ed.). South African Summer Iced Ikebana #14, from a Series finalist in two prestigious International Photo Contests (see “Awards “ page) , is a fine art photograph that captures the non -replicable beauty of indigenous flowers frozen in ice, just one-two minutes before the fast thawing . Using a personal unique unprecedented technique , I wanted to create a poetic image that speaks to the urgent issue of global warming and its impact on our planet.

As drought and rising temperatures threaten the survival of many species, this photograph is a powerful reminder of the fragility and importance of our natural world. With its vibrant colors, intricate details, and strong advice, this piece is sure to be a striking addition to any art collection.

Welcome to my photography portfolios, where my passion for fine art and global humanistic education converge. My photography spans a diverse range from evocative reportage to captivating abstract images. All my most recent visual art projects (2022-2025) revolve around what many consider “The Problem” of Global Warming , regardless of its possible causes, and the key element of our life, water :
"
Iced Ikebanas " arises from the phenomenon of accelerated melting of glaciers;" Hungry  " refers to the mutations induced by climate change in wild animals;" Mass & Energy/Big Bang " and " Neural Nets " arise from the desire for our necessary return to a deeper immersion in the natural world around us, giving maximum attention to the synergy of water-air-earth synthesized in mass-waves; finally, "Diving Masks "wants to surrealistically evoke the looming epilogue of our departure from our origins, towards a new Universal Flood.
